Service Coordination
Pennings & Co. Cleaning coordinates home cleaning services through our network of carefully vetted, experienced cleaning professionals. We match each client with a cleaner best suited to their schedule, location, and home needs.
Scope of Service
Clients are responsible for booking the appropriate service based on the condition of the property. Add-ons or excessive clutter may result in an adjusted quote. If an area requires additional attention, a follow-up or re-quote may be necessary.
Access Requirements
Clients must ensure that cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments due to a lack of access may result in a cancellation fee.
Non-Solicitation Clause
Clients agree not to hire or solicit any cleaning professional referred by Pennings & Co. for separate work outside of our coordination service for a period of 12 months following their last scheduled service, without written permission.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service price.
Payments
All services must be paid in full after completion. We accept credit/debit cards via secure online processing.
Booking Terms
By booking a service with Pennings & Co. Cleaning, you agree to the following:

Payment is due upon completion.

Access to the home must be available at the scheduled time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee.

Service issues must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

You agree not to hire our cleaning professionals separately outside of Pennings & Co. Cleaning for a period of 12 months.​
