Your complete satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not entirely happy with any aspect of our cleaning service, we will make it right.

If you find any area that doesn't meet your expectations, simply notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment, and we'll return to re-clean that area at no additional charge.

How Our Guarantee Works

  • Prompt Notification: Contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning service by phone (845-324-8034) or email at support@penningsandco.com

  • Specific Feedback: Let us know exactly which areas need attention. This helps us address your concerns efficiently and improve our service.

  • Quick Response: We'll schedule a return visit as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours, to address any areas that didn't meet your expectations.

  • No Additional Charge: The re-cleaning service is provided at no extra cost to you.

Limitations

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to cleaning services performed within the past 24 hours and covers only areas that were included in your original cleaning service. The guarantee may not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Requests for re-cleaning made more than 24 hours after service completion

  • Areas or items that were not accessible during the original cleaning

  • Damage that existed prior to our cleaning service

  • Normal wear and tear of surfaces

  • Heavily soiled areas that may require specialized cleaning (disclosed in advance)
