Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Nope! Your cleaner will arrive with all necessary tools and products. If you have special requests or products you prefer, just let us know in advance.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept credit/debit card payments via our secure online booking system. Payment is processed after your cleaning is completed.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients choose to provide access via smart lock, garage code, or key. Your home’s privacy and security are always respected​
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for deep cleans or add-on services.
